Russet Noon: a New Tribute Sequel to the Twilight Saga
After the twilight, a new moon is obscured by an eclipse. Then the breaking dawn threatens to end it all. But when the sun leaves the dawn behind to rise to its zenith, a russet noon begins with a new adventure.

This September 2009, a new controversial book hits stores. It is called "Russet Noon" and it is a tribute sequel to the Twilight Saga.
Written by Gothic webmistress and author LadySybilla, Russet Noon is an unofficial continuation to the last book in the Twilight series, Breaking Dawn. Russet Noon is told from Jacob Black's perspective and it explores the questions left unanswered at the end of the last installment in the Twilight Saga.
After a version of Midnight Sun was leaked on the internet without her permission, Stephenie Meyer has decided to postpone the continuation of the Twilight series "indefinitely," according to her official website.
Meyer seems to have disappointed a lot of fans with her Breaking Dawn's "happily ever after." How many people actually believe that the Volturi are just gonna settle for that resolution and just gracefully walk away?
What is Renesmee going to do when she realizes she's only a half vampire, and she can't fit in with either the humans or the vampires? How will she react when mom and dad don't want to make her a full vampire? What if the Volturi were to offer her what the Cullens are denying her?
What if Bella realized that living forever as a vampire is not everything she imagined? What if the love triangle between Jacob, Bella and Edward were to continue?
Many fans are frustrated because there's no more Twilight books to read. Is Breaking Dawn really the ending of Bella's story?
Not even close.
What happens in Russet Noon?
The Volturi are now watching the Cullens even closer, and a conspiracy is brewing deep within the catacombs of of Volterra.
Aro is determined to put an end to Bella's happily ever after. He is obsessed with getting Renesmee to join his clan in Italy, while Edward and Bella refuse to make Renesmee a full vampire.
Renesmee hates herself for being only a half breed, and her unhappiness turns Bella against her own daughter.
Humans in Forks are starting to suspect something about the Cullens, and Renesmee's lack of self-control is to blame for it. Bella and Edward might have to leave Forks permanently to protect Nessie.
Meanwhile, the spirit warriors have returned to live among the Quileutes. Taha Aki has made contact with Jacob to warn him that great danger is coming to La Push.
If you're one of the many twilighters still thirsty for more of this Gothic saga, don't despair. You can pre-order your own copy of Russet Noon starting this August 2009 by going to www.russet-noon.com
Part 2:

Russet Noon: The Controversy Continues
Looks like the new controversial novel, Russet Noon, has just as many haters as it does fans. The novel hasn't even hit bookstores yet and it's already the talk of the town, ahem, web. Read on to find out factual information about copyrights.
Mar 24, 2009 AV Paranormal Publishing has only recently started promoting Russet Noon, a new tribute novel that picks up where the Twilight Saga left off. Although AV Paranormal has ended the special promotion that allowed twilighters to preorder the novel on eBay, the Russet Noon Official Site has announced that fans will get another chance to resume the bidding wars in August 2009.
When asked how she feels about the onslaught of insults and accusations that some webmasters have posted against her, Lady Sybilla replies that, "bad publicity is better than no publicity." She also adds that "controversy is the mother of popularity."
As for her publisher, AV Paranormal, their official statement in regards to accusations of copyright infringement is as follows:
"When fictional characters become such an intricate part of the popular psyche, as is the case with the Twilight Saga, legal boundaries become blurred, and copyright laws become increasingly difficult to define. This is especially the case when actual cities like Forks and Volterra are used as the novel's settings. Such settings are not copyrightable, as they are considered public domain. Similarly, the Quileute Nation is also not copyrightable, and neither are vampire or werewolf legends. Copyright laws protect writers from unauthorized reproductions of their work, but such reproductions only include verbatim copying. Characters are only copyrightable if their creator draws them or hires an artist to draw them. Stephenie Meyer herself borrowed a great deal from previous works dealing with these mythologies."
Russet Noon is an original story inspired not only by the Twilight Saga, but also by many classic Gothic novels from the Romantic and Victorian Periods of Literature. If anything, the publication of Russet Noon will only strengthen the popularity of the Twilight franchise, since it will serve to further establish its already legendary status.

"I reject your reality, and substitute my own!"
It's all fun and games till someone loses an eye.
Then it's a ship!
O.M.G. It's never going to die. The series itself is like a vampire sucking the blood of popularity (or some cliche junk).
Note to self: always draw or have somebody draw the characters of my novels, or go to great lengths to copyright everything so shit like this DOES NOT HAPPEN!

On the bright side, perhaps it will increase the hiring of concept artists to draw fictional characters.

"Everything you want, isn't everything you need."~
I loved the first book
I admit sincee i is a hopeless romantic and catchy romantic lines make me go, "Aww"
2nd book. I was, "..." I liked only the end b/c Bella was an effin suicidal pathetic and annoyin mess for the ENTIRE book. To be happy in the first book to suddenly be DEPRESSED, made me "..." and wanna DESPERATELY skip to where Edward would come back and make Bella shut up about her depression and to stop bein so suicidal.
3rd book. I was, "Ah..."
What happened in the 3rd book again...? Oh yeah. I remember now
4th book. I was like, "OH C'MON STEPHENIE!" It was obvious she wanted to end the series NOW! So she zoomed through, made everyone wanna go happy and say, "Here. Bella is an all powerful special vampire like Edward, Jasper, and Alice. They have a beautiful half breed baby that won't die but hey, to those who wanna see someone die, here's ONE UNIMPORTANT vampie that dies. Just for you and no fighting action. AT. ALL. And everyone lives happily ever after now STFU and lemme write other shit." That's how I felt. I even had a hot flash go through my head sayin, "I coulda done better. Wtf? I mean...that's it?"
I do admit there are parts in each book that I couldn't help but say "aaww" but her Adult novel (that wasn't even ADULT at all) is much better. Effin longer but better. She does still have a fascination for the girls to go suicidal for the safety of others but at LEAST in this book made more since gotdammit(excuse tha greek Lord~y. I is UPSET)
Now THIS lady wanna CONT. this saga when it just needs to die. Leave. IT. ALONE! JUST LEAVE IT ALONE. If Meyer was tired of it like she did in the 4th book then c'mon. It's bout time to put on them big ppl drawls and move on.

You're badass. I'm badass. We're ALL badass. And with our powers combined our badass-ity just skyrocketed.

Okay, so, I woke up this morning thinking how cool it would be if I had a really awesome signature stashed in my brain for moments like this, when an awesome signature would prove to the world how much of a NON-waste-of-time I am. Clearly, I do.
When an AUTHOR is even tired of her work you KNOW it needs to die.
