Dia de los Difuntos

Ramiro Luis Mendoza Cabezas (or Ramiro Mendoza in America) was born on November 1st, he became one of the most feared gang leaders in the city. He was known for his sociopathic attitude and recklessness when it came to his business. On November 2nd, the day after his 29th birthday Ramiro was tortured by a rival, more powerful, gang leader. He was given a mercy killing by the people he called family and as a tradition, was burned to whip out any trace of his existence.

Sometime later, Ramiro's body was resurrected by Mantis to join his council. While regaining his body, mind and spirit from the life he once had, Ramiro was also granted an ability to manipulate blood in himself and others. One cut is enough for him to manipulate your body, as well as control it. Ramiro's immortality lasts as long as Mantis finds him useful...to anyone else, you can't kill someone that's already dead...unless you are a priest or something.
